For those hesitant to invest in a stainless steel development clip, you can settle for the "learning" version. It is very important not to apply too much pressure with the tweezers, otherwise you may leave indentations on the paper. The tweezers can be locked and hung for easy storage. For example, if you have a clothes dryer above the developing trays, you can simply hang the tweezers on it to drain them quickly.

These tweezers won't last forever, but they're definitely better than dipping your fingers in a hydrokinone developer. They come in a set of two: one for the developer and one for the stop bath and fixer.
