The Konica MT-9 is a fully automatic 35 mm compact camera from the late 1980s that is one of the most consumer film cameras: simple, reliable and with all technical settings automated.
This model has a fixed 35mm f/3.5 lens - i.e. no zoom - which gives a classic, natural angle of view, ideal for everyday street, landscape or family photos. Autofocus is easy to use, and the built-in pop-up flash helps in low-light conditions.
The camera automatically transfers and rewinds film, making it very convenient for beginners and hobby photographers alike: just load the film roll and you're ready to shoot. Despite the lack of serious manual settings, this camera gives many people the 'switch on and shoot' experience of analogue photography.
