The safest darkroom lamp in the world.
\nIt provides direct illumination and is much brighter than conventional lamps.<\/p>\n

It can be inserted in any (E14) socket and can therefore be used as a “replacement bulb” for conventional AP or Paterson darkroom lamps. In this case the red protective cap can be omitted. <\/p>\n

Conventional darkroom bulbs can obscure photographic paper from a distance of 1.5 metres and directly illuminate it after about 3 minutes.
\nThe new super-safe lamp could not measure a haze<\/strong> (significantly brighter than conventional lamps) even under 20 minutes of direct illumination<\/strong> (tested with Ilford and ADOX MCC papers).
\nFoma papers show slightly weaker results, but still superior to incandescent or AP\/Paterson darkroom lamps.<\/p>\n
